This is a great opportunity to get real life training and experience in office administration. Participants will receive excellent on the job training and are supported by an office manager who is there to support their training . This busy office environment generates good work ethics and helps strengthen the participant's personal and interpersonal skills. This also helps build confidence and self-esteem. A training program will be devised to meet the participants achievements and will follow with each skill/competency documented on a weekly update. General day to day will be to: Help with data input, Email clients, Phone calls, log of inventory, Administrative Assistance Training, Archiving, Filing, GDPR, Journal Submissions, Business awards, Marketing Letters.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP. Formal Training: - Induction in Health and Safety in the workplace. - EDCL online training -Marketing Letters. -Basic Accounts -Message taking. -Marketing Emails. -Training on Google Reviews. Informal Training: -Help with Data entry -Assist with Calling clients -Helping in logistics rota -Filing. -Telephone operations. -Post room. -Archiving Files -Shredding.
