- Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex diaries, coordinate scheduling, and ensure alignment of priorities.
- Travel & Expenses: Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and process travel and expense claims accurately.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Executive Presentations: Draft, edit, and prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other executive-level materials.
- Email & Correspondence Management: Monitor, prioritise, and manage incoming communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Systems & Processes: Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate use of corporate and payroll systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information with confidentiality at all times.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with corporate systems (e.g., purchase order/payroll tools).
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior levels of the organisation.
