- Assist the culinary team with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitised.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines and pot-washing stations.
- Support chefs during service, ensuring ingredients and tools are ready when needed.
- Rotate and store food correctly, helping with stock control and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellence in all areas of kitchen operations.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Enthusiastic about food and hospitality, with a willingness to learn.
- A hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
