Kildare/Meath.Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours a weekSalary: €64,806.57 - €73,186.51 per annumContract: PermanentAt Inspire, we believe everyone deserves to live a healthy, meaningful life filled with purpose and connection.As the Person in Charge at our Glen Abhainn & Cois na Gheata service, you'll be at the heart of that mission, effectively managing, leading and supporting your team, whilst ensuring that service users are supported in ways that promote their independence and quality of life.🌟 About the RoleAt Glen Abhainn & Cois na Gheata, you'll have a pivotal role where your management expertise and health & social care experience makes a real difference. This is a varied, challenging and impactful role with tasks including:
  • Service planning, co-ordinating, & managing activity & resources within the service area.
  • Providing leadership in the care, protection, & support of the people we support
  • Ensuring the welfare of those under their care, acting as an advocate as appropriate.
  • Overall responsibility for the implementation & compliance with HIQA Regulations & standards.
💪 What We're Looking ForWe are looking for passionate, experienced CORU registered individuals with valid driving licenses, access to a car and the following:
  • A qualification in health or social care management
  • A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care, including staff supervision and financial management.
🎓 Training and SupportAll new staff will receive full training on personal care and positive behaviour support, including how to safely use personal safety techniques in line with our organisational training.We also offer:
