This is a varied, challenging and impactful role with tasks including:

Service planning, co-ordinating, & managing activity & resources within the service area.
Providing leadership in the care, protection, & support of the people we support
Ensuring the welfare of those under their care, acting as an advocate as appropriate.
Overall responsibility for the implementation & compliance with HIQA Regulations & standards.

💪 What We're Looking ForWe are looking for passionate, experienced CORU registered individuals with valid driving licenses, access to a car and the following:

A qualification in health or social care management
A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care, including staff supervision and financial management.
