They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team and play a key role in planning and preparing production schedules to meet customer demands.Role Overview:The Production Planner will be responsible for planning and preparing production schedules to ensure the timely manufacture of commercial products. This role involves analysing production specifications, plant capacity data, and sales forecasts to establish manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. The Production Scheduler will schedule workflows for each department and operation, ensuring adherence to established manufacturing sequences and lead times.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and maintain production schedules to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.· Analyse production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.· Perform mathematical calculations to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.· Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.· Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.· Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands.· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.· Receive direction and support as needed.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.· Previous experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning preferred.· Strong analytical and mathematical skills.· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.For more information and a confidential chat, feel free to reach out to me on or call me on 01-482 5494
