- Conducting specialist diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD using evidence-based tools
- Administering and interpreting ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other relevant assessment tools
- Writing clear, concise, and impactful assessment and diagnostic reports with practical recommendations
- Providing feedback to families in a supportive and collaborative manner
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLTs, and other clinicians
- Staying current with professional development, training, and best practice
- PSI registration as a Psychologist
- Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment (Autism, ADHD)
- Training and experience in ADOS-2 and ADI-R (essential)
- Strong clinical formulation, communication, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and assessment frameworks
- Experience with children, adolescents, or adults is advantageous
