- Work closely with the Hotel Beverage Manager to implement standards, promotions, and beverage strategies
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel bars
- Lead and support daytime food service in coordination with the team
- Plan, organise and execute bar service for functions in the Hotel & outside event space
- To provide support across the Resort during large events such as weddings, buy outs etc. when required
- Meeting and greeting our guests in our renowned warm and friendly manner.
- To support with the recruitment, training and development of a high-performing bar and service team
- Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor financial performance including payroll cost, sales and margins
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively
- By providing a world-class experience to all customers of the resort at all times
- You have previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment
- Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current industry trends
- Strong financial and organisational skills
- You are in possession of excellent communications and customer relations skills
