- Lead and manage complex projects involving stakeholders from accounting, finance, and technology teams
- Drive multiple initiatives to successful completion across global teams
- Standardize project communication, execution, and documentation to enable scalable, consistent global processes
- Translate business and accounting requirements into functional solutions in partnership with technical teams
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans that reflect dependencies, constraints, and risks, while maintaining a strong bias for action
- Clearly communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Occasional international travel, up to approximately 10%
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, IT, and accounting stakeholders
- Gathering and refining business requirements
- Managing concurrent projects and workstreams
- Planning and executing strategic programs
- Communicating updates and insights to key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, computer science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical field
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience
- Proven experience defining program requirements and using data to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Track record of managing accounting or finance process improvement and/or technology projects
- Experience delivering results on large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Background in automation, process improvement, and data-driven analysis
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA)
- Lean or continuous improvement certification.
