- Develop an understanding of industry trends and introducing and evangelising new ideas
- Managing the interdependencies and flow of all work across many teams
- Identifying, owning and driving short & long term initiatives across the company
- Leading in driving lean principles and continuous improvement, using measurement and analysis to guide decision-making.
- Identifying, mitigating and communicate risks in projects & programs to senior leaders and customers, and driving for ad-hoc delivery issue resolution
- Working with existing Technical Delivery team to improve overall team technical delivery practises
- Lead cross-functional engagement within Cubic.
- 6+ years' technical project management experience, with 10+ industry experience preferably with an engineering background
- Proven Experience in Lean and Agile Methodologies (Lean, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks to optimize workflow and minimize waste)
- Expertise in Software Delivery
- Adept at driving incremental change, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with setting, measuring, and driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
- A solid understanding of connectivity and software platforms, with the ability to grasp complex technical issues and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a technical delivery team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and challenges
- Experience using Jira to track projects and document processes advantageous
- A strong background in knowledge sharing and working collaboratively with small teams
- Excellent spoken and written English
