Coordinate bookings, completion of relevant paperwork and general usage of town hall. Support smooth day to day operations alongside the Caretaker/Cleaner. Communicate and liaise with community groups, service users and the town hall committee. Promote the hall as avenue for local events and activities. Support with procedures, Safety checks and general hall organisation.. Provide cover for the Caretaker/Cleaner during holidays or absences(By Agreement). Help keep our Facebook and Instagram pages up to date with community news, upcoming events and hall updates. Use basic digital tools such as email, excel spreadsheets, and social media platforms as needed. Support fundraising or promotional activities and complete grant applications where relevant. Coordinate and organise annual events held in the hall, for example Christmas Craft Market, Art competition and calendar production.. We are looking for a person with a strong sense of community and a desire to make a positive local impact- No prior experience necessary- your commitment and enthusiasm are what matters most .
