Duties & Tasks: Promote and encourage independence for all clients. Activities of daily living. Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Catheter and Stoma Care support. Supporting feeding and meal preparation. Prompting medication. Light housework appropriate to the care plan, including commode hygiene and laundry. Companionship and trips out, including hospital appointments and shopping. Alzheimer's and Dementia care activities for clients. Step-down care. End-of-life care. Primary Care Team support. Requirements: QQI Level 5 or equivalent nursing certificate Full Irish Driving Licence Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
