- Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform assembly, fabrication, and/or testing of production units.
- Monitor and record production data, including measurements, observations, and any deviations from expected results.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and adhere to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process-related issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with Engineering team and provide feedback on product performance, process improvements, and potential issues.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Participate in safety programs and promote a culture of safety by following all safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent; additional technical education or vocational training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of scientific and technical principles relevant to the industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in following detailed instructions and accurately documenting data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities or project requirements.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
