Your RoleYou'll provide essential care to clients in their own homes, supporting them to live independently, safely, and with dignity.Key responsibilities:

Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
Meal preparation and light household duties
Medication prompting and supervision
Companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or high-dependency needs
Following individual Care Plans and documenting care provided
Communicating any concerns to the care management team

What You’ll Need:

QQI Level 5 (with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed)
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Garda Vetting (and International Police Clearance if applicable)
Fit-to-work certificate or willingness to obtain
Full driver’s licence and your own transport
Comfortable using Google Maps for navigation
Strong English communication skills
A caring, dependable, and respectful nature
Full eligibility to work in Ireland
