DonegalOur Letterkenny Service provides residential care to adults with Intellectual disability & Autism. There are 6 residents who live in the service. In the Letterkenny service we strive to ensure that each resident has a service tailored to their needs and is person centered, respecting and promoting their choices. Residents have a dedicated key working team who are there to support each resident in achieving their goals, dreams and aspirations. Resident rights and choice are promoted within scheme with residents been actively involved in their homes and community. Staff are visitors in the resident’s home and therefore must practice the values of dignity and respect at all times. Staff are provided with all mandatory training along with scheme specific training to ensure that staff have the knowledge and skill base required to support each resident.Watch a short video to hear directly from people we support and staff who are already working in our Residential service:Support WorkerFull Time positions available€27,790-€38,262 per annum**Salary information is based on working full time hours. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Full Time contracts are available and can be discussed at interview.
