- Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential facility.
- Lead and support a team of Social Care Workers and Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with child protection, safeguarding, and national care standards.
- Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders including Tusla, social workers, legal reps, and community partners.
- Drive a culture of dignity, choice, and independence for each young person.
- Promote educational, emotional, and social development.
- Work flexible, day-shift-only hours (no late nights/sleepovers).

- Level 7+ in Social Care or equivalent
- Management qualification
- 3+ years' management experience in a similar setting
- Experience working with vulnerable young people
- Knowledge of Children's Residential Centre regulations & Tusla
- Strong leadership, report writing, communication, and planning skills
