- Oversee and manage groundworks operations across complex civil engineering projects
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure delivery of projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum [X] years' experience in civil engineering within the Irish market
- Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure delivery
- Demonstrated ability in project documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken) essential
