- Asset-level modelling is conducted to determine the optimal outcome for returns, which includes analysing lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.
- The candidate will liaise with various departments such as trading, marketing, accounting, legal, and technical to gather the necessary information for asset analysis.
- Regular updates and appraisal analysis are performed to maintain portfolio models.
- Preparing the distribution waterfall in collaboration with the managing agent of the deal, ensuring sufficient liquidity within the structure
- Preparation of cash flow to be provided to the relevant banks
- Financial modelling experience through a university undergraduate degree or masters
- Strong mathematical and analytical background
- Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
