- Day to Day Management of the Finance Operations
- Annual Budget Preparation for approval of the board
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and variance analysis
- Prepare annual audit file with supporting information
- Monthly budget variance report and prepare a report to on the variances
- Management of the organisation’s bank accounts, including regular bank reconciliations
- Review and revise financial controls as required
- Review work from Junior staff
- Professional Accounting Qualification
- 3 Years experience in a Similar Environment
- Strong experience Maintaining Financial Controls
- Good understanding of the financial requirements of State funders
- Experience with SURF/Bright Books or similar accounting package would be advantageous
- The ability to meet strict deadline’s in a timely and effective manner
