- Manage invoicing, client monies, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and track invoice payments.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and bi-monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with external auditors during year-end reviews.
- Payroll management.
- Handle Revenue Online submissions including e-stamping, VAT returns, and payroll returns.
- Oversee daily banking activities.
- Strong knowledge of Law Society accounting regulations and experience with legal accounts packages.
- Proven ability to maintain Client Bank Accounts in full compliance with statutory requirements, including Client Deposit Accounts.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across staff and management levels.
- Strong IT skills, ideally with experience in case management systems.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on business development and improving firm efficiencies.
