- Working directly with the Sales team to facilitate the organisation of training courses
- Liaising with Trainers to organise specific training events
- Liaising with and facilitating learners attending training courses
- Coordinate and communicate training schedules, materials and logistics with learners
- Administration of each course such as attendance records, feedback forms, results sheets, course reports
- Issuing quotes to prospective clients
- Managing training paperwork and stationary stock levels
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of course materials to both trainers and learners
- Financial administration, payment support and invoicing as required
- Fully engage with and adhere to FRS Training Quality Assurance system
- Proven track record in coordination/administration role
- Proficient in all office applications
- The ability to work on their own initiative and manage their own time effectively
- Good geographical knowledge of the country
- Flexibility during peak times
- A demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and creating efficiencies is advantageous
