Our mission is to make tech-enabled careers achievable for everyone, regardless of background.As an EMEA Educational Advisor, you will be directly responsible for achieving individual monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to Code Institute’s expansion across Direct, B2B, and Enterprise sales channels in the EMEA region. This is a performance-driven role that demands commercial awareness, a strategic mindset, and a passion for consultative sales.Crucially, this role goes beyond sales, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding prospective students and clients toward the right learning solution for their goals, ensuring the right student is matched to the right course. A strong emphasis is placed on long-term student outcomes and success, meaning that quality of fit and learner alignment go hand in hand with revenue generation.Accurate sales forecasting is also critical. You will be expected to maintain a detailed and up-to-date pipeline, providing the business with reliable visibility on projected revenue. Your ability to report on pipeline progression, deal confidence, and potential risks will directly influence wider business planning.Success in this role means not only closing deals, but also driving positive student outcomes and contributing meaningfully to the company’s strategic direction through data-driven insights and responsible enrollment practices.Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively convert leads, maintaining constant activity levels necessary for lead conversions within SLAs
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while upholding a high standard of student suitability with course offerings.
  • Qualify leads by identifying learner motivations, goals, and suitability to ensure the right student is placed on the right course, supporting long-term success, retention and future contracts.
  • Understand the value and responsibility of each lead and enhance conversions at each stage of the funnel by emphasizing student needs and potential outcomes.
  • Manage a robust and accurate sales pipeline using the company’s CRM tools, ensuring high visibility of all activity and forecasting accuracy.
  • Engage with prospects to identify their professional development needs and deliver tailored product pitches, positioning Code Institute’s offerings as high-value solutions for upskilling in AI, data, and software development.
  • Demonstrate accountability for both your individual targets and KPIs, as well as your role in contributing to the broader success of the team and the students you enroll.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to optimize lead conversion and help shape the go-to-market strategy based on customer insights and student outcomes.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Support a positive team culture through knowledge sharing, peer mentoring, and a commitment to excellence in both individual and collective performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or a similarly dynamic sector.
  • 3 years+ experience in B2C sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to match prospective students to the most appropriate course based on goals, background, and desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical sales practices and a student-first approach to advising and enrollment.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation and closing abilities, and the drive to deliver the high activity levels required to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable owning and exceeding a personal sales quota while maintaining a focus on student satisfaction and course suitability.
  • Independent thinker who takes initiative, yet thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across varied customer segments.
