
Senior Maintenance Supervisor

- Responsible for the leadership and management of the Maintenance team, ensuring operational objectives are met through the delivery of a robust and efficient maintenance program.
- Accountable for ensuring Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Oversee timely execution of Corrective Maintenance (CM), minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.
- Monitor, report, and act on key performance metrics, including Equipment Uptime, Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function, using lean tools and root cause analysis to improve processes and performance.
- Foster a culture of development through structured upskilling, technical training, and mentoring of technicians and engineers.
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conduct performance reviews to support growth and engagement of team members.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other support functions to ensure maintenance requirements are integrated into business planning and execution.
- Level 8 Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with ideally 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment highly advantageous.
- Proven technical background in maintenance of production equipment, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse technical teams.
