We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Mission:To provide HR support to business & operations in a dedicated perimeter within the Site, by contributing to Site HR performance results, through the deployment of the HR strategy & policy, and the assistance to managers & employees on the different operational HR topicsResponsibilities:Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topicsWorks closely on a day-to-day basis with managersAdvises, coaches and orientates managers on HR aspects of their roleContributes to the operational results of the SiteIs the HR representative for all internal stakeholdersContributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates & contributes to the Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site PolicyManages in quantity & quality the permanent & temporary headcounts; for Production: participates to the PDP and validates the temporary needsFollows up absenteeism, defines & deploys improvement planContributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the EntityPeople & organization developmentCoordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policyParticipates & contributes to the reflection and projects related to the organization evolutions; proposes organizational changesGuarantees the relevant/proper Job grading methodology / use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applicationsManages the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standardIdentifies Learning & all actions to develop competences according to the Site's (collective) and employees' (individual) needs, the Technological needs (TDP), and the company's requirements (mandatory trainings...)Defines & arbitrates Training actions, according to the budgetIdentify new internal Trainers, according to the Training needs & potential Trainers' abilities & development pathHealth, Safety & Working conditionsApply and make it applied all Health / Security / Environment rules.Take into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC toolsFollows up unfitness situations, and participates to the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitnessDeploys Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement planProvides support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilitiesInvolvement of PersonalCoordinates 5 Axes deployment plan, identifies & deploys action planContributes to the V5000 self assessment, and notation improvementApplies and Advise on 5 Axes Methodology. Reinforces the importance of IP and its role on the Engagement of all employees.Participates on Site 5 Axes Committee in order to propose improvements and suggestion to enhance IP activities at Site levelEmployee relationsMaintains or improves social climate, relations to Unions representativeDeploys actions & communication related to Employee relations according to the HR strategyGives supports to Site HR Manager according to the needsCommunicationCoordinates Internal communication actions according to Site's communication planPersonal administration & data managementEnsures the respect of HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance management, vacations...)Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.Checks & ensures data quality in the different HR systemsManage the following topics:Learning Specific Missions: Ensures the interface between the Site and Learning stakeholders (Country Learning manager, BG HR teams, VTIs, etc.) Deploys Group, BG, Country & Site Learning communication within the Site.Schedules Training actions in Production, according to the PDPValidates Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or on punctual or general delegationLeads communication to employees & managers within the Site:Prepares & deploys Site Communication plan, including internal Newsletters, Flash news, etc.Relays Communication from Group, BG, etc.Leads & animates Quality of Life at Work CommitteeDeploys Well being improvement planIs the Involvement of Personnel Axe representative for the SiteManages V5000 deployment plan and leads IP Road maps deploymentDeploys 5 Axes foundations action planParticipates to Unions meetingsReplaces Site HR manager (absence, special or general delegation) for all Employee relations actions & meetingsIs the Talent Development referent for the Site, interfaces with Group, BG, and all stakeholders and coordinates TD communication with other HR actors in the SiteCoordinates Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (Annual appraisals, etc.)Organizes local Campus Management actions and participates in local and national events to market the employer branding in coordination with the Country Campus ManagerEnsures the best candidates experience all along the recruitment process and provides final feedbacks.Education/Training:3rd Level Degree in HR or related discipline.Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years practical HR Generalist/Business Partner/Talent Development experience and success with a focus and strength in the following areas: Management Coaching & Employee Development, Employee Relations & Employee Engagement.Clear written and oral English communication skills essential with ability to give and receive/interpret information accurately.Job: HR Business PartnerOrganization: Site Talent DevelopmentSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2024-03-19Join Us !
