CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to join a Children's Residential Service in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.We have open roles available in Ballycanew, New Ross, Wellingtonbridge and Gorey.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Social Care Workers in the delivery of care.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Support staff development and training to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements:

Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
Eligible to register with CORU.
Previous experience in a social care or children's residential setting is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
