You will take full ownership of a high-performing showroom, leading from the front to drive sales, elevate standards, and inspire your team.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Drive a consultative, high-value sales approach, maximising ATV and conversion
- Take full ownership of showroom performance, with a strong focus on commercial delivery
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and showroom standards in line with brand identity
- Manage stock, floor planning, and product presentation to optimise sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium service ethos
- Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team
- Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee launches, promotions, and in-store events to enhance customer engagement
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior retail management role
- Background in furniture, home interiors, or premium retail is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong commercial results
- Experience selling high-ticket items with a consultative approach
- Strong eye for visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
- Commercially astute, results-driven, and highly organised
- Passionate about interiors, design, and customer experience
