- Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Supervise staff, monitor shift performance, and provide on-the-job training
- Ensure excellent customer service and manage guest complaints professionally
- Support with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Handle cash registers, daily reconciliation, and basic financial reporting
- Uphold all food hygiene and health & safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a fast food or QSR environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Good understanding of food service operations and customer expectations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
