- Over a two-year period, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business. Projects will be spread across all areas of Industrial Automation and could include PLC and SCADA design, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), control logic programming, control panel hardware design, and site testing & commissioning.
- Generating technical documentation and dealing with customers will also be key parts of our graduate programme to help develop your soft skills. You will also have the opportunity to travel to customer sites to get involved in installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Level 8 Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Systems or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar automation role or Work Placement.
- Full Irish driving license or to be achieved within 12months of starting the role.
- PLC Programming Experience: Siemens/ Rockwell.
- HMI/ SCADA Experience: Siemens/ Rockwell/ AVEVA/ Schneider.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Have excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Can complete tasks independently, capable of self-learning.
- Can prioritise and coordinate work.
- Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Can multitask and work well under pressure.
