
Senior Platform Engineer

- Build and maintain resilient Linux-based systems for customer contact services
- Contribute to platform automation, monitoring, and deployment tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and support production systems in a 24/7 high-availability environment
- Collaborate with senior engineers to upskill in SIP, VoIP, and telephony environments
- Participate in agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and platform optimisation efforts
- Write and maintain platform documentation and incident runbooks
- 5+ years in platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Strong skills in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring frameworks
- Willingness to learn contact centre tooling (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya). This is to create and maintain complex routing strategies
- Experience supporting production systems in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) and solid understanding of system-level debugging
- CI/CD tools are nice to have (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Git)
