- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support the company's objectives and international expansion plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure a reliable and diverse supply chain.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value and mitigate risks.
- Implement cost-effective procurement processes without compromising on quality or service levels.
- Conduct regular market analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to procurement activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with the company's needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on procurement performance.
- Analyse procurement data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management within the software or technology industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large savings and other value to large swaths of spending.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with international procurement regulations and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
