We know our people are our greatest asset and our success is down to the commitment and dedication of our team.We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our Media team liaising with internal teams and external media agency to fulfil campaign needs that involve daily campaign trafficking, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and full reporting responsibility. You will ensure that all deadlines are met and that 100% accuracy is maintained across all administration tasks.What you'll doBeing the point of contact between in-house and media agency any digital activity needed to manage campaigns, including reporting, uploading and monitoringWeekly meetings with internal Digital Production & Social Media Teams to finalised paid digital calendarQuickly becoming an expert with the guidance of senior members in ad platforms to take on more responsibilitiesMonitoring budgets, media spend and performance pacing across many different social platformsRunning quality assurance checks against media agency campaign set ups, to ensure all social ads are set up according to best practicesMonitoring the competitive environment and reporting findings to internal teamsProject manage small campaigns from start to finish with media partners, to ensure activity including native, display, social, video or events meet briefing and delivery deadlines.Work with the buying teams across Food and Non-Food to identify key hero items that we’d like to push in store through media activations.Working with many different teams, verticals and platforms at the same time providing recommendations and solving technical challengesPulling reports and setting up dashboard reports as neededDeveloping insights and recommendations on changes to make in campaigns to improve performanceAssist Managers with native content, paid social media planning, paid display planning and content and reportingManage part of the media team’s billing, invoicing and PO processingWhat you'll needSomeone who is ready to hit the ground running and thrives on working in a fast paced environmentSomeone who is ambitious, willing to learn new skills and grow their career in mediaSomeone who has strong organisation skills.
