- Offline Marketing: Build and grow relationships with referral partners, create joint campaigns, and support in-person sales through events, kiosks, and door-to-door initiatives. Lead brand partnership activations to boost awareness and customer engagement.
- Content & Campaigns: Develop and adapt creative ad copy and messaging across a variety of campaigns and channels, ensuring all communications are tailored to the Irish market and resonate with our audience. Analysing campaign performance, spotting challenges and opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness and deliver stronger results
- Online Marketing: Manage and execute our social media strategy, working with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver engaging content. Optimise our website, landing pages, and app experience to drive customer acquisition and improve conversion rates.
- Referrals & Reactivation: Oversee referral programs as a key growth channel, identifying opportunities to test, learn, and improve results. Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective reactivation campaigns tailored to the local markets
- Budget & Growth Planning: Manage budgets and forecasts for your channels, ensuring spend is maximised. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand reach and attract high-quality customers.
- Data & Reporting: Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights on customer behaviour and trends. Share regular updates with stakeholders, highlighting successes, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Broad marketing expertise and ability to work to targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales channels and tactics.
- Experience working with agencies and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to closely manage marketing budgets.
- Customer-centric, leveraging customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
