Hartley People Recruitment are currently working alongside a global manufacturing company to fill the vacancy of a Production Operator in the Wexford Town area. This position entails a diverse range of responsibilities within the plant’s operations, adhering to quality system guidelines to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Execute production tasks such as equipment setup, package filling, and labelling, following quality system guidelines to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
Prepare manufacturing equipment for use, ensuring smooth, sanitary, and safe operation.
Operate various machinery for proper ingredient packaging.
Maintain plant equipment cleanliness according to GMP policies to guarantee product quality.
Conduct final quality inspections before shipment to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
Safeguard trademarks and confidential information related to ingredients and flavours.
Protect intellectual property using legal safeguards.

Skills and Experience Required:

3+ years’ experience in Food/Beverage/Pharma industries.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in machinery operation.
Computer literacy.
Organisational skills with a structured approach to work.
Forklift experience preferred.
