About the company:Our client, Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre, pharma, healthcare, and commercial construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.About the role:

Dublin based position

Working on multimillion data centre, pharma, and commercial projects

Duties include (but not limited to):

Lead all financial and management aspects of the project
Oversee project team, labour control, and coordination
Liaise regularly with key project stakeholders
Ensure quality and health & safety standards are met
Deliver electrical projects on time and within budget
Strong commercial, contractual, and team leadership skill

Position requirements:

A relevant Level 7 (3rd Level) Electrical Qualification is an advantage
Background in the electrical trade is desirable
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
Proven experience in managing electrical projects is required
Strong delegation and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with wider project teams
