Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney.The ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.REQUIREMENTS

3 – 5 years Head Chef experience within a busy restaurant or hotel environment essential.
Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

Competitive salary of €55,000 – €65,000 per annum depending on experience.
