We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 4–5 years’ experience in site engineering who is looking to progress their career on high-quality construction projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring works are carried out accurately, safely, and in line with project specifications and deadlines.Key Responsibilities

Set out and survey works in accordance with drawings and project requirements
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and accuracy
Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
Monitor progress on site and assist in maintaining project programmes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and reporting documentation
Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues as they arise
Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget

Requirements

4–5 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role
Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Strong setting out and surveying experience
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical information
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Full clean driver’s licence
Proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office
