Job DescriptionA Change Management Consultant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational medical device client in Galway for a hybrid/remote role on an initial 12-month contract.The Change Management Consultant will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development (OD) Lead in establishing and enhancing the change management methodology and tools. This role will be pivotal in driving change initiatives, setting up a robust Community of Practice (CoP), and equipping trainers with the skills necessary to sustain change efforts across the organization.Role of this position

Partner with the OD lead to design and refine a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver a "train-the-trainer" program to build internal capacity for change management.
Support trainers in mastering the change management methodology and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in "train-the-trainer" programs.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
