German Client Services - Dublin

• They have offices worldwide with their Irish office located in Dublin City.

• You will be dealing with Clients via phone, emails, live chat, What’s App and Social Media
• You will be resolving issues from the beginning to the end in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
• Recording all information on the internal database
• Providing feedback to your Manager
• You will be identifying sales opportunities and upselling and cross selling
• Relationship Management and building new clients
• Administration
• Reporting

• Written and spoken fluent German
• Written and spoken advanced to fluent English
• Customer services or Client Services experience of at least 2 years within an office environment along with ;
• Sales experience within an office environment
• You need to have worked to KPIs and be target driven
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP user is a strong advantage

• This Job comes with a Basic salary of 35-40k with excellent benefits plus Commission
