- Take ownership of your kitchen section and deliver high-quality dishes
- Assist in menu planning, preparation, and service across various meal periods
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high standards
- Maintain compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene regulations
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong team spirit and communication ability
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
