- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by asking insightful questions and guiding customers through solutions for our range of medical products.
- Document every interaction with precision, following strict guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant records.
- Communicate the findings of technical investigations clearly and effectively to customers, providing peace of mind and resolution.
- Manage and prioritize a constant flow of inquiries to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Essential: Full professional fluency in German or Norwegian and English.
