
Closings Team Administrator

This is a contract role and we will be looking for the successful candidate to join the team in January.
What will I be doing?
- Liaising with solicitors, county councils, housing agencies, sales agents and site teams to ensure that all paperwork is complete and that the build is on schedule
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the site team in order to keep our customers updated with stages of the build
- Managing shared email inboxes and coordinating multiple requests, responding to and documenting all telephone and email queries on our CRM system
- Managing the handover of keys, welcome packs, and utility accounts to purchasers on the closing of their property
- Coordinating paperwork and contracts for closing of sales
- Liaising with Third Parties (utilities companies etc)
- Reporting and carrying out administration using Salesforce CRM
- Visiting sites as required
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
- Significant experience in a customer facing position is essential
- Strong administration background in fast paced environment
- Experience within the construction sector is a distinct advantage
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
- Must have a full valid drivers license
