We’re looking for a motivated NPD Technologist to join a Dublin-based food company and help bring new products from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role for someone curious about innovation, product development, and brand growth, with exposure to the full product lifecycle in a busy, cooperative environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate NPD projects from approval to launch, tracking timelines and milestones
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Support brand initiatives and help maintain consistency across communications and materials
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities
  • Assist with sustainability reporting and data collection
Skills & Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Effective project coordination and progress tracking
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and product insights
  • Relevant technical qualification in food science or similar
