Finance Operations Manager (PLC)Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading PLC organisation seeking an ambitious Finance Operations Manager to join their growing finance team based in north Dublin.Within this newly created role you will be responsible for managing finance operations, optimising operational efficiencies and partnering with key stakeholders within the business to streamline processes.This role will suit a strategically minded qualified accountant with a minimum of 2+ years PQE within industry.The Role
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the business, such as budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial systems, policies and procedures.
  • Control, monitor and analyse financial and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimise expenses through cost control.
  • Lead and develop the site teams so that they can support the delivery of operational and supply chain excellence.
  • Ad-hoc reporting when required.
The Candidate
  • Qualified accountant with minimum 2+ years PQE within industry (finance operations experience is advantageous)
  • Must have strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in systems and technology
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The Rewards
