• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance
• Ability to work effectively across departments such as Fashion, Home, and Food
• Strong organisational and time management skills
