Project Manager

• Leading the design and delivery of major development and capital projects.
• Preparing business cases and CAPEX proposals, from concept through to approval.
• Planning projects from start to finish: budgets, timelines, resources, and KPIs.
• Coordinating teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring project outcomes meet expectations.
• Overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
• Driving improvements in project management processes and mentoring managers in best practices.
• Creating clear reporting tools and dashboards to keep leadership up to speed on progress.
• Supporting wider business growth by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related) with Project Management qualifications.
• At least 10 years’ experience, including 4+ years in project management within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communicator who can work at senior leadership and board level.
• Comfortable managing diverse teams, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Skilled in project management software and confident working with data and KPIs.
• Problem solver, proactive, and able to adapt to changing demands.
