If you are enthusiastic, hardworking and are looking to join a brilliant team, then apply today with your CV!Job DescriptionFacilitate guest requests for F&B in the lobby, room service and service to meeting rooms.· Problem solving work with the guests on any issues they may have and try and solve these to the satisfaction of guests.· Deal with complaints in a professional manner, resolving to the guest satisfaction.· Meet & greet conference room delegates on day of meeting.· Refresh meeting rooms as appropriate, sets meeting/ function rooms prior to the guest arrival in accordance with departmental standards and customer specifications.· Always ensure the smooth running of the assigned meeting rooms· Check conference room requirements for the day and to liaise with reception staff to ensure all charges are posted.· Carry out maintenance in rooms when required.· Organise taxis for guest to bring them to and from an event if required.· Assist with the luggage intake for individual guests as well as tours.· Assist disabled guests if requested.· Upsell what the hotel has to offer. Value for money menu in restaurant and bar.· Advice of any deals that the hotel may have to offer, advise the guest of the Leisure Club and what is available etc.· Ensure public areas are kept well-presented and clean.· Ensure all bins are regularly checked.· Other duties as required.Professional requirements and Experience:· Experience in hospitality desirable· Customer service experience· Pervious work in fast paced environment· Knowledge of basic IT skillsBenefits
