Apply today.The Role.GMC Utilities Group are currently recruiting an experienced Civils Foreman to join our growing team on utility and infrastructure projects across Dublin, Kildare, Meath & Louth.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on supervisor to lead site crews, coordinate works, and ensure safe and efficient delivery across high-profile projects.Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, supervising civil crews and subcontractors.
Ensure works are delivered safely on time, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings in line with company HSEQ procedures.
Maintain site records, complete daily reports, and manage materials and plant requirements.

The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:

2+ years' experience in a civils role within utilities or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of excavation, ducting, reinstatement, and general civils works.
Ability to read site drawings and coordinate with engineering teams.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.
Drivers License essential.
