DRC - 12 MonthsWe are looking for an experienced nCino Business Analyst with a strong background in Lending and Credit. This role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective solution design, and successful delivery across the full lending lifecycle. This is a Day Rate Contract running initially for a 12 Month period.Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and understand pain points
- Lead requirement workshops and identify gaps, risks, and practical solutions
- Document business requirements (BRDs, User Stories, workflows, RTM) using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio
- Analyse and design solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and development teams
- Ensure requirements traceability and support end-to-end delivery through to sign-off
- Provide input to test cases, support QA, and participate in UAT
- Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
- Produce supporting documentation including user guides and process documentation
- Strong experience in the end-to-end lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, collateral, collections, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with the nCino platform or LOS experience
- Solid understanding of retail and corporate lending products
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation
- Experience with core banking systems (e.g. Finacle, Flexcube, T24, TCS BaNCS) is advantageous
