Job Description:
  • Effectively liaise with other departments on a daily basis.
  • Process customer orders and liaise with customers regarding delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations etc as required.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as contracts/orders.
  • Maintain and update customer data.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer queries and answer complaints effectively to customer satisfaction ensuring all cases are logged on our system.
  • Process both individual and customer service office queue cases on our system.
  • Pro actively liaise daily with Key Account Customers to which you have been assigned and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
  • Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Be professional in all communication with both customers and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Person Specification
  • minimum x3 years experience
  • Industry Knowledge an advantage.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to be organised, accurate and methodical.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, driven and has the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
  • Strong Customer Focus.
  • Computer literacy.
