- Effectively liaise with other departments on a daily basis.
- Process customer orders and liaise with customers regarding delivery.
- Prepare quotations, presentations etc as required.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as contracts/orders.
- Maintain and update customer data.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer queries and answer complaints effectively to customer satisfaction ensuring all cases are logged on our system.
- Process both individual and customer service office queue cases on our system.
- Pro actively liaise daily with Key Account Customers to which you have been assigned and maintain a good working relationship.
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Be professional in all communication with both customers and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- minimum x3 years experience
- Industry Knowledge an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to be organised, accurate and methodical.
- Excellent communication skills.
