The role includes leading projects, representing the company values, liaising with senior stakeholders, and mentoring staff.ResponsibilitiesManage the packaging process to ensure efficiency and qualityOversee the assembly of finished components or parts into finished productsImplement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the packaging departmentLead and mentor team membersAnalyze and solve complex problems related to packaging and productionEnsure compliance with sanitation practices and quality control principlesLeading projects, representing the company values, liaising with senior stakeholders and mentoring staffWhat You Bring to Takeda:

Degree in Life Sciences field
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
5+ years experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in project management processes and procedures.
Understanding of GMP procedures and practices.
Strong competency in organizing and managing complex project activities.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure & managing conflicting tasks at the same time.
Problem Solving mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong Knowledge of API processes preferred

What you can look forward to with us:3rd Level Degree (Bachelor’s or higher), preferably in Science or EngineeringMinimum 5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical solid oral dosage productionFully proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), able to handle highly complex situations and mentor othersBasic understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices, able to perform routine tasks under supervisionDeveloping practical skills in arithmetic, able to perform basic calculations with ongoing coachingInitial troubleshooting experience, understands key concepts and begins to solve simple problems with guidanceExcellent attention to detail, able to manage complex tasks independently and advise others on precisionParticipates in team activities with basic understanding of team dynamics, requires continued guidance and supportApplies basic quality control principles in routine situations with some coaching, understands key terminologyBuilding practical experience in production scheduling, applying basic principles under close supervisionBasic knowledge of automation technologies, applying them in simple situations under guidanceBasic understanding of production equipment, able to perform simple tasks with guidance, requiring ongoing supportMore about us:
