Enjoying a reputation for cuisine excellence, the restaurant has a very busy trade at dinner with select lunch openings.Reporting to the restaurant directors, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a profitable business operation looking at spending, margins and P&L; further elevating the high level of service on offer; and reimagining the food offering in conjunction with the Executive Chef.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a senior restaurant management role, ie General Manager, in high-end restaurants and will hold a proven track record of success in meeting financial targets and leading & developing a team.Must demonstrate excellent financial and commercial acumen, creative mind-set and up-to-date knowledge of global food and drink trends.
